1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CampuServe4U you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration details. Using a false or borrowed email is not permitted.
• Accounts may be suspended if we reasonably believe the terms are being abused.
• New self-registered accounts must verify their email address before they can log in.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Republish paid-for or restricted content, or resell resources for commercial gain.
• Submit false, automated or malicious content (including spam).
• Copy, redistribute or claim ownership of material you do not have rights to.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Study resources and the platform layout are owned by CampuServe4U or its contributors and are provided for personal, educational use only. Blog articles created by teachers and approved by administrators are published for all users to read; authors retain authorship credit but grant the platform the right to host and display the content.

5. Teacher Contributions & Moderation

Teachers may submit blog articles and, where enabled, other content. Submitted content is reviewed by an administrator and is only published after approval. The administration may edit, unpublish or remove any contribution at its discretion.

6. Availability & Liability

While we work hard to keep the platform reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Educational material is provided to help learning — results depend on many factors we do not control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
